Cognac brilliant cut diamonds in H. Stern noble 18k brownish gold. They come in 3 sizes, this is a medium sized model. There was a repair or replacement of the shank at some point, the color of the gold matches but the stamps are gone, which is why I'm offering it a pretty low price point.
