For the sake of authenticity, double strands on the bracelet are made of 100% natural animal hide, just like they used to make them in the old days of the Greek city-states.  Only the highest quality leather was used, so it retains its pliable characteristics over the years and doesn’t crease.

 Silver usually found on jewelry is prone to bending and tarnish that accumulates over the years. But this piece isn’t made from the usual silver. This is pure Sterling Silver. An enhanced form that adds a couple of qualities to the regular silver. It is drastically more durable and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for long-term wearing. Plus, its glare is noticeably brighter than that of the regular silver, and it doesn’t tarnish at all.

 Design is a combination of black and white. The black leather twin strands are contrasted by the striking bright color of the pure Sterling Silver.  Minimalistic composition is broken by the Sterling Silver clasp, cold-worked to its extraordinary appearance by the master artisan- John Varvatos. The leather end seamlessly goes around the hook, and the base of the clasp is decorated with beautiful Hellenistic engravings that give this incredible piece its mark of the Greek peninsula.
